When will I get my order?

Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery across Europe takes 3–5 business days.

You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

*In case your order contains multiple items that can’t be shipped together — due to products being made in different facilities — you’ll receive a separate tracking link for each parcel.

What is the return policy?

Each AlterHz item is made to order and printed specifically for you.

Because of that, we don’t accept standard returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email orders@alterhz.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it.

All items are produced, printed, and packed by our fulfilment partners in Spain and other locations across the EU — depending on material, stock, and destination — to keep production local and efficient.
